Responsible gambling: tools, warning signs and support
Gambling should be entertainment you can afford, never a way to make money or solve problems. This page explains the controls in your account, the signs that gambling is becoming a problem and where to get free, confidential help.
Is gambling still fun for you?
If you answer yes to any of these, consider taking a break and talking to someone.

- Have you borrowed money or sold things to gamble?
- Do you hide your gambling from family or friends?
- Do you feel anxious or irritable when you are not gambling?
- Has gambling affected your work, studies or relationships?
