Sports betting: markets, odds and rules
A practical guide to betting on AST-JJ-2024-00841 sports: how decimal odds turn into returns, which bet types to use, what each market means and how bets are settled when matches are postponed.
Sports and competitions
The widest choice of markets is on football; other sports cover the main leagues and international tournaments.
Football
Premier League, LaLiga, Serie A, European and international competitions.
Basketball
NBA, EuroLeague and national leagues.
Tennis
Grand Slams, ATP and WTA tours.
Other sports
Volleyball, handball, ice hockey, esports and darts.
How decimal odds work
Decimal odds show the total return for each unit staked, including your stake. Multiply the stake by the odds to see the potential return. The lower the odds, the more likely the outcome is considered.
Bet types
Single
One selection. It wins if that selection wins.
Accumulator
Several selections in one bet; the odds multiply, and every selection must win.
System bet
Combinations of selections, so the bet can still return something if one selection loses.
More football markets
Beyond match result, over/under and both teams to score, these are the markets customers ask about most.
Double chance
Covers two of the three outcomes: 1X, 12 or X2. Lower odds, higher chance.
Draw no bet
Your stake is refunded if the match ends in a draw.
Correct score
Predict the exact final score of regular time.
Half-time / full-time
Predict the result at half-time and at the end of the match.
Asian handicap
Quarter and half-goal handicaps that remove the draw or split your stake across two lines.
Player markets
First goalscorer, anytime scorer and player cards, where available.
