These terms set out the rules for using your account, placing bets, claiming bonuses and moving money. By opening an account you accept them.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or older and live in a country where online gambling is legal to open an account. Each person may hold one account, and the details you give must be accurate.

2. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits must come from payment methods in your name. Withdrawals are paid back to the method you deposited with after identity verification. Limits and payout times are shown on the payments page.

3. Bets and settlement

A bet is accepted once it appears in your bet history. Bets are settled on official results; if a match is postponed or abandoned, the rules on the sports betting page apply.

4. Bonuses and promotions

Each promotion has its own terms, shown in full on the promotions page. Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is met.

5. Closing an account

You can close your account at any time by contacting support. We may close or suspend accounts that break these terms; any remaining real-money balance will be paid out.
